I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped for disabled guests, but the window was broken, which was quite unacceptable. The shower was great, but there was also a bath available. The service was friendly, but there were some communication issues with my requests not being fully understood. The location in the Durham area was convenient, with a restaurant on-site. However, there were some downsides to the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently situated with good transport links and a must-try restaurant, although there is no quiet seating away from the restaurant or close to a busy road. Friendly service provided, including a super nice waiter and a very, very friendly receptionist. The rooms are well-equipped for disabled guests and have comfortable beds, but the curtains were sent for cleaning during my stay. The dining experience includes delicious home-made Majorcan products. The hotel offers great service, but some requests may not be easily understood. Wi-Fi is available but at an additional cost.
